Water Safety Poster Contest

HEY KIDS- IT’S A POSTER CONTEST!
Ozarks Rivers Heritage Foundation invites area youth to enter our poster contest! The contest is open to children ages 6 to 11.
Create a poster using markers, crayons, paint- anything you’d like- with the theme of Water Safety. Posters should be hand drawn by the child submitting the poster. Some ideas for the poster could be-
“Always wear your lifejacket when near the water!”
“Always swim with a buddy, never alone!”

A limited number of supplies are available at Dewey Short Visitors Center, come out and pick up a poster board while supplies last.
Judging will be in two age divisions: 6 to 8 and 9 to 11.
Prizes will be awarded to the winner of each age division.

THE PRIZE!! – 2 tickets to Tour TABLE ROCK DAM (one child ticket, one adult ticket)

Bring your poster to Dewey Short Visitors Center at Table Rock Lake, 4600 St Hwy 165, Branson, MO by Monday, May 23, 2011. Be sure to include your name, age and contact phone number on the back of the poster. Winners will be announced at the Water Safety Expo – Saturday May 28.
