Free Interpretive Presentation

Ozarks Rivers Heritage Foundation welcomes John Miller, Missouri Department of Conservation Naturalist as he presents a special interpretive program on Missouri amphibians and reptiles.
John is the author of “SHOW ME HERPS”, an uncommonly colorful guide to 50 cool amphibians and reptiles in Missouri Anyone fascinated with the animals that hop, crawl or slither across Missouri will love this book. Produced in the format of the popular Show-Me Bugs book, this guide to 50 salamanders, toads, frogs, turtles, lizards and snakes will charm naturalists of all ages. The book is not only fun to read for children and adults, but also features updated common and scientific names. Its compact size makes it easy to carry in the field.
